BAW Reunion Trip: A Video

last weekend was this year's installment of the BAW reunion.  the three of us ladies have been friends since early elementary school and have white knuckled our friendship over the years of cross country, and cross continental seasons. we have all been in each other's weddings, live in different states, and all have multiple kids now, but we still hold on to the incredible gift that it is to be 32 and have been friends with each other for over 25 years, the vast majority of our lives.

it astounds me to think of the amount of change that happens in 25 years.  and not just any 25 years.  not 25 adult years.  the 25 years that take you from the age of 7 to the age of 32. those 25 years are easily the most formative of one's life.  you become who you are over the course of grade school, college, and young adulthood.  and to know that we have been friends, sometimes closer friends, sometimes not, but still in each other's lives for that long is amazing.  its worth making these yearly trips happen. even if they are short, and crazy, and we hardly sleep and eat way too much.

i love you ladies, i love your families, and i love making time and space for this friendship for many many years to come

here is a quick video from our time in charleston.
