donning an antique

my great grandmother (my mothers grandmother) made this precious dress by hand for my mother when she was a babe.  my mother saved it and passed it down to me.  and of course i wanted to capture eden in it.  admittedly i waited so long to do it that her chubby arms hardly fit into the sleeves and there was no way to get peaceful vintage baby photos of her.

but i still loved seeing her dressed up like an antique doll.  i took way too many photos and of course cannot narrow them down so, disclaimer:  if you dont want to see way too many pictures of eden; cease and desist now.  i'll never know.

of course she would not hold still for long
