sweet fall saturday

last saturday afternoon was perfectly lazy and enjoyable.  melissa and olivia stopped by to visit with eden and then i decided to try and replicate this recipe, which a friend had made for a dinner party recently.  it was delicious!

 i remember the day sweet olivia was born and its a delight to watch her hold my little one!  

i love the colors in this meal.  something tells me ill be using spaghetti squash alot this fall.
